Nova Cane- a Madagascar vanilla cake, soaked in Bourbon simple syrup, then filled with a refreshing peppermint cream center, topped with a Bourbon and Green Crème de Menthe Italian meringue buttercream, and adorned with a candy spearmint shard

Butterscotch Blondie-old fashion scratchmade oogey, gooey deliciousness,stuffed full of butterscotch chips, toasted pecans and walnuts, then spiked with vanilla Bourbon, then drizzled with more Bourbon butterscotch syrup
Strawberry Hennessy- my signature strawberry compote spiked with strawberry liqour, swirled between lucious cheesecake and toasted pecans
