Sweet Potato- my signature creamy cheesecake with swirls of sweet potato purée, on a ginger snap cookie crust, topped with brown butter caramel and toasted marshmallows
Lemonade- white chocolate vanilla honey graham crust, filled with dreamy decadent lemon cheesecake speckled with fresh lemon zest & vanilla beans, then topped with a beautiful fluffy whipped lemon curd, drizzled with white chocolate ganache, and adorned with candied lemons
Tarts
Autumn- my scratch made signature shortbread cookie crust, brushed with white chocolate, then filled with maple custard, and garnished with miniature baked apple cream cheese roses, lightly dusted in cinnamon sugar, and drizzled in caramel sauce
Mint Chocolate Chip-rich chocolate brownie cookie crust, filled with a cool peppermint filling speckled with mini chocolate chips, topped with a layer of dark chocolate ganache, and adorned with crushed soft peppermint, chocolate curls, and brownie bites
