4th Of July Cake

Blue Gernade- Milk chocolate hazelnut mud  cake, filled with blueberry compote, frosted with chocolate buttercream, drizzled in blueberry sauce, then topped with fresh  blueberries,toasted hazelnuts, and chocolate hazelnut macarons.
Cherry Bomb- My signature vanilla cake  dreamy white chocolate  cheesecake filling, topped with cherry compote, then frosted with hand whipped white chocolate buttercream,drizzled with cherry sauce and topped with chocolate dipped cherries.
Emancipation- Chocolate fudge cake and a layer of  velvety chocolate cheesecake with Oreo cookie crust, topped with a lucious caramel cream, the frosted with fluffy marshmallow buttercream, toasted pecans, chocolate chip meringue kisses, and milk chocolate sauce.
Liberty- Raspberries and cream cake and a velvety layer of vanilla bean cheesecake,filled with layers of hand whipped cream topped with freshly picked raspberries, then frosted with vanilla Italian meringue, adorned with raspberry macarons,and crushed meringues.
