Chevy-  Pan di Spagna (Italian Sponge Cake)loaded with sprinkles,infused with birthday cake flavored vodka, baked, cooled, and soaked in rum simple syrup,each layer is then filled with Italian custard cream,iced with a hybrid white chocolate  buttercream,then  adorned with  spiked glittered marshmallows,sprinkles,and mini rum kissed cakies that have been half dipped or drizzled strawberry,raspberry or watermelon flavored chocolate,and dredged in sweet coconut, birthday cake macarons, and meringue kisses .
