Chocolate Pecan- rich and moist chocolate cake, drenched with Bourbon simple syrup, filled with brown sugar curd, topped with decadant maple pecan Italian meringure buttercream, then drizzled in chocolate caramel sauce and sprinkled with toasted pecans.

Autumn-  this sweet potatoe pie  cake starts from steamed sweet potatoes marinated in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to name a few then blended into a heavenly vanilla batter, topped with my signature fluffy marshmallow buttercream lightly toasted, and a few honey graham cookie shards.

CranApple-a soft melt in your mouth, apple  cinnamon cake, filled with a luscious  cranberry compote, and topped with a simply divine cream cheese frosting.
