Autumn Diva- this sweet potatoe pie cake starts from steamed sweet potatoes marinated in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to name a few then blended into a heavenly vanilla batter, topped with my signature fluffy marshmallow buttercream lightly toasted, and a few honey grahams
Cakeacopia- rich tripple chocolate fugde brownies, chocolate chip cookies, giant marshmallows, and frosted rice crispy treats piled high on my signature cotton candy colored rainbow funfetti cake, topped with my signature white chocolate buttercream
Ebony- an intensely chocolately super soft fudge cake with a hint of cinnamon , topped with a delicate salted honey Swiss meringue buttercream
Orange Blossum-a refreshing and delightful citrus lovers cake, bursting with poppy seeds, topped with a smooth and creamy cream cheese buttercream
Pecan Princess- simply put its pecan pie only in cake form, crunchy pecans embedded in a sweet brown sugar curd, kisses of cinnamon, and topped with cinnamon flavored Italian meringue buttercream
Queen- a soft melt in your mouth, apple cinnamon cake, filled with a luscious cranberry compote, and topped with a simply divine cream cheese frosting

Cookies & Cream- chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookie crumbles loaded glazed doughnut drizzled white chocolate sauce . , mini milk & white chocolate morsals, and miniature chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies.
Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake- my signature glazed doughnut drizzled in dark chocolate sauce, sprinkled with crushed shortbread cookies and topped with a chocolate covered strawberry and cheesecake bites.

Traditional- my delicate vanilla and honey flavored choux pastry dough, deep fried until golden brown, then sprinkled lightly with powdered sugar.
Maple Praline Cream- decadent maple flavored pastry cream with a touch of pecan liqueur, topped with maple glaze and toasted pecans then drizzled in brown butter caramel sauce
Pumpkin Spice- pumpkin flavored beignets filled with cheesecake filling, lightly dusted in warm spices and drizzled with white chocolate sauce
Gourmet Apples- plump, juicy, tart Granny Smith apples double dipped in white chocolate, stuffed with cheesecake, and endless possibilities
